🧵 Returns & Exchanges

We accept exchange requests within 3 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Exchange is available only for size issues or damaged / incorrect products.

Customers are requested to share pictures of the item while requesting an exchange.
📦 Note: Shipping charges for returns or exchanges will be borne by the customer, except in case of a wrong or defective item delivered.
💰 Refunds

Refunds are issued only if the product is unavailable or defective after order confirmation.

For prepaid orders, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

For Cash on Delivery orders, the refund will be made via bank transfer or EasyPaisa after verification.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Sale or discounted items cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Customized or altered pieces are also non-returnable.
